A reputation for excellence in service and quality of food and beverage has led to the development of our commercial hospitality business. This has allowed the group to share its professional experience with other venues as well as create business partnerships with other companies and organisations.

Our People
QCC Group has over 80 permanent, part-time and casual staff that are led by the experienced executive management team. Our well-trained core group of employees ensure that we offer a uniquely engaging and consist delivery of service throughout our entire portfolio.
Staff Training
QCC Group ensure that our staff undertake all necessary training on food safety, OH&S, HACCP and service-related skills. All new staff are inducted through our internal training course that outlines our culture, sequence of service, company expectations, roster process, grooming and hygiene, ensuring that new staff adhere to the high standards we have become known for.
