Karen, Hamish and I were very impressed when arrived at the venue which looked spectacular.

Every aspect of the function from the first impression when everyone walked into the room; including the service of the food and beverages, was so professional and seamless.

We have to congratulate all of your staff, as the service and attention to detail was nothing short of brilliant. The impressive thing is that it appeared that all of the staff wanted to be there and to make the night even more special.  Their smiles were genuine and welcoming, and they went out of their way make the night so very memorable on so many levels.

The quality and the delivery of food was simply amazing.  Through your team, we achieved our aim and that was to make sure that no went hungry, following the service of the high-quality food and the availability of a variety of beverages.

Every one of our guests took the time to compliment the presentation of the venue, the genuine and professional service provided, and the high quality of the food and drink provided.

I think it is a fair assessment, that the WOW factor (on so many levels) was present and was achieved.

I have recently attended the Queensland Cricketers’ Club as a guest and wish to express my gratitude at how you and your team cater and look after members and guests alike. I have been lucky enough to dine at many fine restaurants in London and the USA as well as attend sporting events and must comment the experience at the Queensland Cricketers Club is an absolute pleasure. A special thanks must go to Sid and Suzie who are courteous, omnipresent in a subtle way and a credit to your team. Additionally, the menu is exciting and beautifully presented.

I just spoke to the Australian Cricket team and they said that the meal they had at Allan Border Field was the best they have had at a venue for some time. As you would know, they travel quite a bit so please pass their compliments on to the QCC Group team.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and all your staff for a great day on Sunday for our Open Day. All food vendors and outlets were extremely well received and we had plenty of great feedback regarding catering options, prices and queuing times. Not only that, but your staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Please pass on our thanks to your catering and service team!

The Energex Telco team had a fabulous night’s celebration last Saturday and were most impressed with the venue. Please pass our compliments to the Chef and support staff for the fantastic meal and to the team on the night for a very professional delivery. I’d like to particularly thank Jacob for his management during the evening, his adaptability, communication, style and manner was exceptional and a credit to the club. Please pass on my thanks also to the attending staff who were at all times attentive, cheerful and provided great service. Thank you, for setting up this evening for such a success.

Please pass on our thanks to your entire events team. Myself and my assistant have worked many lunches and dinners across the state (and even Sydney), and hands down your crew were by far the best we have come across – so professional and accommodating.  I personally have attended lunches and breakfasts at the QCC as a guest but this was the first hosting an event and I cannot fault any aspect of the event service we received. The meals were also delicious, personally I had the chicken and it was mouth-watering – so compliments to the chef.

Please pass on my appreciation to the staff; every single one of them helped make the event the best we have had in a number of years. Flawless service with great personality and professionalism

Where do I start? First of all thanks to the whole Functions team for the organisation of the evening. No request was too difficult and it was very professionally handled.

The wait staff on the night did an exceptional job. They were very attentive, responded to our light banter and were extremely helpful with any request. The food as always was of a very high standard – particularly the canapes. The kitchen staff, as usual did a fabulous job. I was lucky enough to have my family there and they had a wonderful evening. The Commanding Officer of our Unit was very impressed!

So all in all – all of you made it a perfect night. We cannot thank you enough!
